1. ACETAMINOPHEN
as in Tylenol is a key ingredient in many commercial products for pain and
inflammation….
“the
risks exceed the benefits” (BMJ British Medical Journal 2015;350:H1225 and
BMJ May 9, 2017); risks include “myocardial infarction.”
2. “NSAIDs”
(non-steroidal anti-inflammatory meds) such as Naproxen, Diclofenac, Ibuprofen,
Advil, Motrin, Voltaren, Toradol, Feldene, Indocin in the past have been
condemned (eg.Rofecoxib {Vioxx} was taken off the market after 230,000 people
died directly from it Journal of American
Medical Association JAMA April 16, 2008).

3. ACETYLSALICYLIC
ACID (or Salicylic acid/aspirin) has a long list of adverse effects and
warnings including can cause bleeding, “can cause serious and sometimes fatal
conditions,” dizziness, nausea, black stools, stomach ulcers, liver/kidney
damage; do not take if using NSAIDs or if breastfeeding or going for surgery.
